Support Packages
We’re only happy once you’re happy.
Our packages of support have been designed to make sure you have everything you need to be confident of getting to grips with your organisation’s finances. We will ensure that you understand how to use Ampacc to make informed management decisions that will help you achieve long-term financial sustainability for your charitable organisation.
Our standard package
Our standard package consists of one-to-one online support and training to complete your bespoke Ampacc templates and understand the implications of the results for your financial objectives.
We will help you present these results to staff and/or trustees so that there is a wider understanding of your organisation’s financial position. This package is best suited to your voluntary and community organisation if:
- You have up to £250k turnover.
- There is no financial expertise amongst your day-to-day staff team.
- You have fewer than five full time equivalent (FTE) staff.
- Less than 50% of your income is core funding.
Costs are 1.5% of your most recently reported annual turnover, exclusive of VAT.
Minimum charge of £1,500 plus VAT applies
Our advanced package
In addition to the basic package, we will provide you with templates and support for you to conduct an apportionment analysis that tells you the financial performance of each of your services on a project or geographical basis.
We will also carry out a detailed project costing on an existing service or one for which you wish to secure funding. This package is best suited to your voluntary and community organisation if:
- You have a turnover of £100k – £500k.
- There is some day-to-day financial expertise in your team.
- You have at least five workers.
- Less than 50% of your income is core funding.
Costs are 2% of your most recently reported annual turnover, exclusive of VAT.
Minimum charge of £2,000 plus VAT applies.
“Just brilliant in supporting us to calculate our unit costing, and through this helped us with so much more at a crucial point in our organisation’s life.”
