What if I buy an initial package of support at a higher per user cost and then want to increase the number of users putting the total into a lower per unit charge?
What if I upgrade from a single package and purchase a local infrastructure package?
What if I purchase a single basic or advanced package and then a local infrastructure organisation of which I am a member later purchases a package that I would have been able to access for free?
What if I choose a local infrastructure package but not all members take advantage of the offer?
What are the payment terms for single and local infrastructure packages?
50% of the total is charged as an upfront payment. The date of the final payment depends on the package purchased:
- Single – on issue of bespoke template
- Up to 20 users – after three months
- Up to 50 users – after six months
- Up to 100 users – after nine months
- Unlimited – after 12 months
Work will commence once the initial payment has been received. A 10% discount will apply when full payment is made in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?

As a non-profit organisation, we only want to ask for what we need, but I didn’t realise how far short we were selling ourselves.
