Many micro and small voluntary and community organisations will need ongoing support which you, as their local infrastructure support system, will be best placed to provide. For competitive per user pricing, we will work with you to get the information we need from your partner and member organisations to design their bespoke templates and provide you with Train the Trainer and 1-2-1 support so that the skills for full costings analysis stay with you.

Bespoke staffing templates

We will provide you with simple excel worksheets for your members to complete to tell us about the types of contracts they have with their workers and the terms and conditions that govern their engagement with their salaried staff. This will enable us to design bespoke templates for each of your members and issue them with their licensed version of Ampacc.

Supporting you to deliver Ampacc to your member & partner organisations

During the early stages, whilst the learning still feels new and perhaps a little unfamiliar, we will lead the delivery of your initial workshops to your members and help you to carry out 1-2-1 support until you feel confident to do this yourself. Expect refresher training and troubleshooting support in addition.

Train the Trainer workshops

Our Train the Trainer workshops will equip with all you need to know to support your member organisations to engage with their Ampacc templates. During these two-hour workshops, we will cover

The social case for financial, business continuity and scenario planning support for voluntary and community organisations.
Sector-wide gaps in knowledge and understanding of how to calculate service costs.
Full cost recovery theory.
How to support your members to complete their Ampacc templates and use the results to make more informed management decisions.

All participants will receive guidance material as part of their training.

Analysis of your members’ financial health

Once most of your members have completed this exercise, we will carry out an analysis of the aggregated results, so you know how your members are doing with their reserves, overheads and identifying key trends, common issues and areas of development amongst them.

What if I buy an initial package of support at a higher per user cost and then want to increase the number of users putting the total into a lower per unit charge?
What if I upgrade from a single package and purchase a local infrastructure package?
What if I choose a local infrastructure package but not all members take advantage of the offer?
What are the payment terms for local infrastructure packages?

We will invoice you for the total of all fees agreed. Payment of all fees in advance of work commencing above £7,500 excluding VAT will be subject to a discount of 10% of the total amount due. Contact us to discuss instalments for the purchase of multiple licenses and accompanying consulting services.
